Although his successful career is a high
priority, Jay emphasizes the need for
balance. “Relationships are the key,” he
says. His personal time is spent with
family and friends. He keeps his body and
mind active through sports and exercise,
reading, and going to seminars that help him
grow as a person and a professional. He has
a passion for helping people and uses his
giftedness as a teacher to pass on education
and knowledge. “It is very rewarding to
watch someone else grow as a person,” says
the talented entrepreneur. Jay is an avid
cook, animal lover, charity organizer, real
estate investor and successful community
leader, who has a passion for people and
life.

“Like my parents and grand parents, I’ve
always believed in making sure my family
knows how important they are to me,” he
says. “Doing things with them have been the
moments in my life that have meant the most
to me and ones I know I’ll never forget.”
“It’s my goal to give back to my client’s
and the community for everything that has
been given to me. If I can help one person
have one of those “moments” because of what
I do, it will have been worth it all.”

Charities
Jay knows how important making a difference can

youth basketball team and has a life goal of
opening an inner city recreation center and
coaching there. He is also
a member of South
Florida VIPS, a young professional group that
raises money for charities
and is working with ORBIS, a non-profit
organization that also raises money to help
charities.

been the ability to donate his time, energy and
money to organizations that raise money for the
